He gave me a much better deal than several other dealers, and I never forgot that. Recently I was looking for a new vehicle and was doing some initial contacting of vendors, attempting to get out-the-door price quotes over several weeks' time. As usual, I found the task tedious, and even more so when you attempt to negotiate. I contacted Your Car Haggler and in one day he found the vehicle I wanted with a sizeable discount off MSRP. Initially I asked him to locate a particular trim that fit my budget. He found the next trim level up, which was a significant upgrade, at the price I was being quoted for the lower trim! I dreaded shopping for a new car, all the sales talk and negotiating, the trade-in, the final contract and all the numbers . . . mind numbing. When a friend confidently recommended Stuart to handle all this for me, I jumped at the chance. And it was worth it. Hands down so easy. He found my cars, set up appointments, had all the conversations with sales people about $$. I test drove cars (in and out of the dealership; no money talk), found the one I wanted, and he got it done, including getting more for my trade-in than I ever expected, staying within my budget, and he was in (via phone call and text) the final meeting with the dealership to review all paperwork (and fixed errors that I would likely have missed). I'd use Stuart again in a heartbeat. He was always available, answered all my questions, and kept things moving at a good clip. I felt well taken care of. Thank you Stuart!

UPDATE: Since purchasing that car, I was in a car accident. Hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene (me and my passengers, luckily unscathed). I called Stuart as soon as I found out the car was deemed a total loss and because it was the 30th of the month, he knew he could do some good negotiating. So within 24 hours, he had found me the perfect car, walked me though the whole process as seamlessly as my first experience with him (albeit a bit more frazzled due to the time constraints!), and I drove home that day in my new car feeling such a weight off my chest. I can't even begin to imagine how stressful, time-consuming, and more expensive it would have been doing this on my own. This company is amazing, and once you use them, you'll never buy a car without them.

Nothing about shopping for a car alone appeals to me, I find it stressful and not exciting. Stuart made the process as fun as it could be, gave valuable advice from start to finish, and did all the awful dealership contact and negotiation. He was very supportive about finding the right car for me, whatever that meant to me. At one point, when I was torn between the newest model and an older one, he even reminded me that the point was to end up in a car that I loved and wanted to drive, even if that meant the car was a little older. It was exactly the advice I needed, and now I have a car that I love! Jake Found a vehicle an hour and 40 minutes away and saved us what might have been weeks of looking and calling and emailing. He came back to us with a car, a dealer, and a negotiated price that was as good as it was going to get. he helped us to understand the paperwork and the options. We avoided a lot of extra work and anxiety by having all the major details squared away before we went to the dealer. Just over a week to finalize the deal and come home with a car.
